In a service orientated Industry, there will be bound to be public visitors. Behaviour of the public can be very difficult to pre-empt and that areas accessible could be dirtied due to heavy traffic, an unwell or irate person. There are just too many areas with limited resources to upkeep the premise
A system thus will be in place in order for these shortcomings to be identified and quickly rectified. After a feedback is attended, this will need to be closed.
